i have a feeling that i going to fall sick soon
sore throat not feeling well
and i some time will lose my voice temporally
and i have a blocked nose

i think is mostly the weather fault
sometime rain the whole day make me very cold
otherwise, hot day for whole day
make me cannot even fight for this weather

i think i better drink a lot of water and avoid eating spicy food
coz four more days is my PP poster presentation
i scare if i eat those food
i will lost my voice on that day
